GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN, 19 December

It has taken me 2 days to finally write this in my diary. Every time i started, i could not get on with this... it takes time to get over this loss. Those of you on facebook have already seen the tragic news that my dear ONCE IN A LIFE TIME dog, my best friend died late friday night, 17. december.

MULTICH. TRULY YOURS REGENCY is gone but never forgotten.

I knew that Reggie was loved by the cocker-word, but amazing to read all the nice words from people all over the world on facebook. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYBODY...

The pain will sure change into sweet memories after some time.

Reggie did have 13 good years. He was lately "looking old" and he WAS old, but no pain, always happy and dedicated to everybody who wanted to sit on the floor and kiss him. He was the dog that KNOWING HIM WAS LOVING HIM!

I will update his profile asap, I am proud to be his breeder, I was proud when he was born, the smallest in the litter out of 8 puppies and he was a little fighter. I was proud when he was out winning with his wonderfull handlers. Very greatfull to Mia Ejerstad who discovered Reggie and did start this legend, and later to Flavio and Daniella Werneck. Thanks for all the love and care you all gave him.

Reggie had a hard time when his best friends where killed in a car-crash on the way back from a succesfull show winning BEST IN SHOW.. Flavio and Daniella lost there lives, Reggie and other dogs came out of the car and broken varikennels by miracle, running on the highway until they where catch up and taking to the local police-station. Thanks to Joanna from Brazil for all your help and to my dear friend Mirea Cabre for travelling to Brazil bringing Reggie home...

Proud when i showed him myself. Proud to share every day and moment with him. All the great memories from our travels around in Europe, and later as my best friend and housedog... always checking up the girls every morning if anybody was in season... making his special games and playing with his food, and his toys in the food-bowls... Making everybody who came to the house feel that he loved them... and he sure could feel that he was loved by everybody.

Only 10 monhts ago he became father for the last time, and we have many lovely ROYAL KIDS around us to be proud of. There are famous Royal kids all over the world, and we are proud of every single of them.

Some dogs are good show-dogs, some are good producers. Only are few are both... REGGIE WAS the King of the Ring, and his offspring will continue the legacy, and Reggie will sure be proud and smiling from the Rain-bow bridge and watching carefully all the shows and results down here.

Reggie knew that his day had come... i could see in his eyes that he knew it... i was sitting with him in my arms when he fell asleep forever... he was truly a special dog that i will miss forever.

With a smile on my face, i know that he now enjoy his stay at the rainbow-bridge, even he was fighting to stay here a bit longer... i think Reggie wanted to be here forever. But in Heaven he have many family members and friends, new girl friends, and rumours says that they have wonderfull dog shows aswell, and he will sure be the star again, together with his handler Flavio.

REST IN PEACE DEAR REGGIE... will never forget you and one day we will be together all of us again!

NEWS FROM USA
Every champion title makes me proud, every win makes me proud, i am proud of all my dogs, of all the owners and all the handlers out there... every little win or big win is importent.... but THIS TIME IT IS MORE THAN ANOTHER CHAMPION TITLE...
IT IS SOMETHING IMPORTENT FOR THE FURTURE AND MAKES HISTORY!!

We all know that the AKC breed-standard tells us that the cocker HAS A DOCKED TAIL!!! Many judges for this reason does NOT accept an UNDOCKED TAIL, and many dogs has simply been disqualified when they have tried to show up in America with natural tail...

Since 2 years ago, they started to change a bit the rules, letting this in the hand of the judge, however he would understand this part of the standard, and just a year ago it happend that a very talent handler Jessica Bricket decided to show a dog from Holland, and he became the first American Champion i Breed History.

I am very proud to announce that my special boy
"SAFARI", is the second dog in history to be AMERICAN CHAMPION with long tail... late last night THANKS TO FACEBOOK, I had this importent news, just right after the judging. Safari is the first SOLID, and makes it very special that he is BROWN/TAN, which does not make it easier.

Safari has a big "FAN CLUB" build up in Canada and USA, because he is not just a cocker, under his pretty coat, there is a perfect body, and a lot of body, and the personality is so unique that he is sure a dog that everybody talks about in this moment!!!

Safari is already Danish and Gibraltar Champion, and won easy his Canadian CH. title with Jean Ashley in the lead, and was handled over to Jessica Bricket this summer. Jessica wanted to wait to the right minute to start him out...and there have been some reserves on the ways because of the tail... but this weekend SAFARI just decided that it is NOW OR EVER and took his majors 2 days in a row.

THANKS TO EVERYBODY FOR YOUR NICE WORDS AND SURPORT IN THIS SPECIAL MOMENT, MANY NICE COMPLIMENTS FROM USA WHICH MAKE ME PROUD.

It was great to be able to travel once again this year to visit friends and having a good time, during the weekend of the

INTERNATIONAL GIBRALTAR SHOW

This time 2 dogs came on "holiday" with me

By tradition the first day is a relaxing shopping day, ending up grooming the dogs and getting ready for the trip to Gibraltar Saturday morning.

On the first day we had a great start...
HAPPY won BOB and later on the day he won
BEST IN GROUP 8!!!!! WAO, this is just amazing to show this wonderfull and happy boy... so perfectly trained after his trip to USA and CANADA, and he LOVES to show... as his co-owner Bonnie Pike say... he is BORN TO SHOW!!

On the second day it was even better,
Happy got already his GIBRALTAR CH. TITLE, so we could relax, and he did win BOB again.

GOLD CUP DAY 1

The first day on the Gold-cup went very well, relaxing day in very nice and sunny weather.

"Kelli" Truly Yours Royal Final Edition had her show-debut, and won BOB puppy.

Also BIG congratulations to Second Best puppy Bardo´s Truly My Fair Lady, owned by Anette Lonkemoen.

Later i was very excited to bring out again "Patrick" after a long summer-break, and he was so happy to be back in the ring,
winning his 2nd CAC for the Danish Champion Titel, and Reserve best Male after the Champion.

News from ESTONIA about Bardos Truly Royal Prince Michael

Hello,

The last trip to Lihtuania Marijampole 26.June with a co-owner Anneli - and the result was BOB Junior, Winners CAC. Handled by Kerttu Oder. I am very proud to announce that our little Prince is now Estonian and Lithuanian Junior Champion, only 10 months old! :)
Next weekend, 3.July in Estonia Luige National Show - BOB Junior, CAC. Handled by Maarja Kalma.
Besides that Prince is very handsome guy, he has such a sweet and lovable nature. HUGE thanks goes to the breeder! :)
